The 2Bigha Land Assistant is an AI-powered chat on a website. The line under the name reads "Search smarter, find faster, buy better," and the heading above the chat box says "Find land that fits your plans." The welcome message reads: "Hi! I'm your 2Bigha land assistant. Ask me about listings, prices, or subscription plans."
So instead of working through filters one by one, you type what you are looking for in a sentence, and the assistant replies. The page labels this "AI-Powered Land Discovery" and notes it is powered by 2Bigha AI.

What You Can Ask the Assistant?
The sample in the search box shows the idea: agricultural land near Jaipur under ₹50 lakh. That one line has a land type, a place, and a budget in it. On a normal portal, if you went looking for farmland near me, you would usually set each of these separately, and many portals have no budget option for land at all. Under the box, there are three starter questions, which help if this is your first time looking at farm land.

The welcome message says you can ask about listings, prices, and subscription plans, so those are the best places to begin. Start wide, then add a budget, a size, or a district in your next message. For a farm search across several states, keep the location selector on All India. If you already know your region, you can change it in the sidebar.

The sidebar on the left has a few more options, and they help because land buying usually takes many rounds of looking and coming back to the same plots.
