We’re looking for a skilled FullStack Developer experienced with React and Next.js , Node.js, PostgreSQL
to build modern, performant, and accessible web applications.
You’ll work closely with our design and backend teams to craft intuitive interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain modern, performant web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
- Develop new user-facing features with a focus on usability, accessibility, and responsiveness
- Build and integrate scalable backend APIs and services to support front-end functionality
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability across devices
- Collaborate closely with design, product, and backend teams to translate ideas into high-quality implementations
- Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, including team leadership experience.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in front-end technologies:
- JavaScript, React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS , State management tools (Redux, Zustand, etc.) , React Native is a plus.
- RESTful APIs, GraphQL
- Database experience: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) ,ORM/ODM tools (e.g., Prisma, Drizzle)
- Experience integrating services like Google Maps API
- Strong understanding of Git-based version control (GitHub, GitLab)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience deploying to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.
- Strong grasp of system design, distributed architecture, and security best practices(JWT, OAuth, RBAC).
- Excellent communication, team collaboration, and leadership skills
